Interesting, Doc. The bigger red flag is definitely how she began the letter basically saying her soulmate died and is now with her second choice. Unfortunately the tatoo itself is most likely more painful, more expensive and more time consuming to remove than it was to put on in the first place so I would understand why she doesnt want to remove it.
